There are a number of ways you can make balance payments for your Chase credit card. Payments with Chase themselves are available online, by phone or by mail. We recommend that you register for the free online service, as this gives you loads of management features and many different options for making credit card payments.
You can send checks or money orders by post. The Chase credit card payment address is: Card-member Services, P.O. Box 94014, Palatine, IL, 60094-4014. Cash cannot be sent by mail. It is not recommended that you use the mail payment service if your due date is near.
Payments can be made by telephone. There is an automated phone payment service available at 1-800-436-7958. Payments made before 8PM ET will be credited on the same day. You can also visit a Chase branch to make a payment, or you can arrange a payment with another bank or online banking service.
