Gap Credit Card Payment
The Gap credit card is issued by GE Capital Retail Bank.
You can pay your credit card balance in any GAP store at the customer service desk. You can instead arrange a transfer from your savings/checking account at your bank. You will also receive statements in the post which will give you further details for paying.
Pay Online: The best option for paying your credit card bill is to set up an online account. With the GAP cardmember account services you make your credit card management simpler and more convenient, managing all aspects of your account from your computer including paying bills and monitoring your transactions. Pay in Store: No. At this time you may not pay your GapCard in stores.

GAP Credit Card
GAP offer two credit card versions: the GapCard and the Gap Visa Card. Both cards offer you 5 points for every dollar you spend at GAP stores and websites, including GAP, Old Navy, Banana Republic and Athleta, which equates to a $10 money off reward for every $200 you spend. The store credit card can only be used at GAP and GAP owned stores, while the Visa card can also be used anywhere else Visa is accepted (including gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants), giving you an additional point for every dollar you spend. You also get 15% off of the first purchase you make with either card. Extra benefits include advanced notice of upcoming events and sales, birthday offers, weekly 10% deals and other exclusive promotions.
If you spend at least $800 a year with your card then you will be upgraded to Silver status, which gives you all the previous rewards and benefits plus free shipping on online purchases, choose your own 15% sale day, Silver membership offers and more.
Terms and Conditions
- GAP Store Card – APR for purchases is 24.99% variable. No balance transfers or cash advances available. No annual fee. Up to $35 late payment fee.
- GAP Visa Card – APR for purchases and balance transfers is 23.99% variable. APR for cash advances is 25.99%. Balance transfer fee the greater of $5 or 3% of the amount transferred. Foreign transaction fee 3%. Up to $35 late payment fee.
To avoid paying interest you must pay your entire balance by the due date each month (23 days after the previous billing cycle). Full terms and conditions can be found on their website.
