HSN Credit Card

With this card you get 0% interest for 9 months for purchases made over $399, if you pay the entire amount within 9 months. As a part of this financing option you are required to make monthly payments as per the agreement. Make sure that you stick to this agreement and do not make late payments, otherwise you will incur interest (26.99%) on the entire amount applied from when you made the purchase. Other benefits include FlexPay and exclusive cardholder discounts. Normal APR on purchases is 26.99%. No annual fee. No balance transfers or cash advances available. Penalty APR Is 28.99%. Late payment and returned payment fees $35/$25 respectively.

HSN MasterCard

The HSN MasterCard gives you all the benefits of the store card, plus a point scheme which gives you 3 points for HSN spends and 1 point for spends made anywhere else. Once you reach 900 points you will receive a free shipping coupon. This reward isn’t much, but with both cards you can sign up for the MyCardsExtras scheme and earn gift cards, price-protection and returns-guarantee benefits.

Normal APR on purchases is 21.24%, and 22.24% for cash advances and balance transfers. Penalty APR is 24.99%. Minimum interest charge $1. No annual fee. Late payment and returned payment fees up to $35.

However, some credit card issuers such as the one that issues the HSN card choose to charge for telephone payments.   2. I think charging for payment of a bill I by phone is unfair. Every credit card company allows free bill payments using the automatic system and there is no charge unless one has to speak to a live person. Now I understand the many statements asked by customers as to HOW DO I PAY MY BILL. This charging for a payment is not conducive to my purchasing products at HSN.
