Apple Pay Credit Card Payment
You can use Apple Pay to make payments for most of the major credit cards and debit cards issued by top UK and US banks. Once you have established a Passbook with Apple Pay and added your participating cards to it, you can use Apple’s contactless payment technology. Major cards supported by Apple Pay are Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
The many financial institutions and banks that work with Apple Pay include Bank of America, Barclaycard, Citi Bank, Chase Bank, TD Bank and Wells Fargo. Opening a Passbook with Apple Pay entitles customers to all the rewards, security features and benefits that their credit card providers offer.
Add your credit card or debit card on file with your iTunes account to Passbook by entering your card security code on your iPhone or iPad. Open Passbook on your device and follow three simple steps. You can also use the camera on your mobile device to capture the information on your credit or debit card. After that, simply complete and additional information required and your card security code. By tapping “Next”, you link with your bank, who will verify your information and make a decision, if your card can be added to Apple Pay. Your card can be verified any time after you have added it to Passbook. Once your card is verified, tap “Next” again and you’re ready to use Apple Pay.
