Banana Republic Credit Cards
Banana Republic offer two credit cards – a store credit card that can only be used at the store, and a Visa credit card. Both cards are similar, but the Visa card gives you the chance to earn a modest amount of points by spending elsewhere. The primary reward scheme is a points scheme which provides you with 5 points for every dollar you spend at GAP owned stores. Once you reach 1000 points (equally a spend of $200), you will receive a $10 certificate which you spend on almost anything. For the Visa credit card, you get an additional point for every dollar you spend anywhere else that accepts Visa. You also get 15% off your first purchase made with the card.
Both cards also come with advanced sale notice, special birthday offers, Tuesday deals (10% off) at Gap, Old Navy and Piperlime, and other exclusives. If you manage to spend over $800 in a year, then you get an upgrade to Luxe, which gives you everything you had before plus free shipping for all purchases made online, choose your own sale days (15% off), free alterations and further rewards.
