How Do I Pay My ComEd Bill?

Automatic Payments: The online account management platform lets you establish an automatic payment schedule with transfers from your chosen bank account. This is the option to choose if you want to make sure your bills are paid on time each month.

For a convenience fee of $2.50 you can pay your bill over the phone with BillMatrix. Call . You will need your account number. Accepted forms of payment are credit cards (MasterCard, Visa and Discover), ATM cards checking and savings account. BillMatrix also offers an online payment service.

Pay by Mail: The ComEd billing address is: ComEd, P.O. Box 6111, Carol Stream, IL 60197-6111. You should allow one week for your payment to arrive at ComEd. Do not send cash and be sure to include your account number on your check.

Pay in Person: There are many authorized payment agents situated across Northern Illinois. Enter your zip code at the “Find a Payment Location” page at the ComEd website to find your nearest location. Service fees apply.
