International transaction fees are 1% of the transferred amount, cash advance fees are 3% and balance transfer fees are 3%. There are overlimit fees up to $35, late payment fees up to $25 ($35 if you make a late payment twice in 6 billing cycles) and a returned payment fee up to $25.
