How Do I Pay My CoServ Electric Bill?
You can pay your CoServ Electric bill online, by phone, by mail, or in person.
Pay Online: Powered by BillMatrix, CoServ offers an online bill payment and account management service for payment simplicity. The payment gateway is available at the CoServ website (follow the link provided). This service supports electronic checks, debit cards and credit cards. There is a $3.95 fee per transaction. In addition to payments, this service allows you to manage your bills, monitor your consumption and update your personal information. Pay by Phone: The CoServ payment phone number is 1-800-807-3891 (available 24-hours). Note that this payment option is mediated by a third party, and all individual transactions made are subject to a $3.95 fee.
Pay by Mail: The CoServ Electric bill payment address is: CoServ, P.O. Box 650785, Dallas, TX 75265-0785. Make sure you leave enough time for your payment to arrive and clear. Please include your CoServ Electric account number on your check. Your account number is located on your statement. To ensure your CoServ Electric payment is received on time it is recommended that you mail your payment at least 5 business days prior to the due date shown on your monthly billing statement.
Pay in Person: You can pay in person by visiting 7701 S Stemmons (open hours 8AM – 5PM, Monday – Friday). You can pay by check, cash or money order and there is a night box available to post payments after hours.
