To pay over the phone call 1-800-462-8182, to contact Customer Service and be directed to make a payment. Have your billing account number home phone number ready or the phone number associated with your Merchants Insurance Group account. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to give your card number and expiration date; if you want to pay with a checking or savings account, you’ll need to supply your account number and your bank routing number. You can do so Monday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST, and Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. EST.
