How Do I Pay My Orlando Utilities Commission Bill?
You can pay your OUC bill online, by phone, and by mail. With the Orlando Utilities Commission there are lots of ways to keep on top of your utility account and pay your bills. Pay Online: MyOUC is an online account service that supports payments by electronic check and debit/credit card. This online service is simple to use and comes with features to help you manage your account and keep on top of your bills. Use the service to see your monthly bills, update account details and get support. Supported debit/credit cards are American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, ACCEL, STAR, NYCE and PULSE. Pay Automatically: Through the online service you can establish an automatic payment schedule with payments made from your checking/savings account. This service is not available with debit/credit cards.
Pay by Phone: The OUC billing phone number is 407-423-9018. The pay by phone service supports debit and credit card payments. Customers in Orlando/Orange County can call 407-423-9018. Customers in Osceola/St. Cloud can call 407-957-7373. This is an automated service available around the clock. Have your account number ready when you call.
Pay by Mail: The Orlando Utilities Commission bill payment address is: OUC, PO Box 31329, Tampa, FL 33631-3329 (use this address if you have the bill stub). If you don’t have the bill stub, send your check or money order to the correspondence address: Orlando Utilities Commission, PO Box 3193, Orlando Fl 32802. Please include your OUC account number on your check. Your account number is located on your statement. To ensure your OUC payment is received on time it is recommended that you mail your payment at least 5 business days prior to the due date shown on your monthly billing statement.
Pay in Person: There are a number of payment service providers situated around the OUC service area. Authorized providers include Walmart, Publix, Winn Dixie, Fifth Third Bank, St. Cloud Utilities, 7-Eleven, ACE Cash Express, Advance America, Amscot and Direct Auto. Payments made at an authorized payment center are posted to your account immediately. There is a $1.25 transaction fee.
