21st Century allows its customers to make payments online via its Internet member platform. This platform can be used to set up regular scheduled payments from your checking account or credit card (Direct Debits) as well as PayPal, online check, personal check, money order, electronic funds transfer from your checking account and to make one off payments by credit card via any device; your laptop, PC at home or your mobile phone. You can also check and manage monthly bills online and even set up regular alerts to get your account balance. Yes it’s easy to change your policy, too! You can log in to your policy 24/7 to add or remove vehicles or drivers, change addresses, pay bills, and more.

To pay online, you need to complete the prompts asking you for your card details, including the three-digit Card Verification Value (CVV). This appears on the back of your credit or debit card. If you have an American Express-branded card, the CVV will have four digits and will appear on the front of the card. Check the payment details and click the Confirm button to process your payment. Confirmation that your payment has been submitted will appear on your screen.

If you need to register for a new 21st Century account, go to https://www.21st.com/ click Log In and then Register for an Account. You will start by submitting your driver’s license, policy number, zip code, and birthdate.

Pay by Phone:

21st Century operates an automated phone system allowing you to make payments. Have your billing account number home phone number ready or the phone number associated with your 21st Century account. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to give your card number and expiration date; if you want to pay with a checking or savings account, you’ll need to supply your account number and your bank routing number. Call 1-877-401-8181 during the hours of Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 7:00pm PDT, and Saturday: 7:00am – 6:00pm PDT. 21st Century also offers payment via app. Click here to see how to download the app and locate more information about this great feature! Manage your policy details, file a claim and pay your bill. Follow the prompts and pay your bill with ease. Once you have the app, you can pay your bill by credit card, debit card, checking account, and more! You can also manage your claims and view your policies from this platform.

View past Bills:

 21st Century online accounts allow you to view past statements once you are on your account. Click here to log in to your 21st Century account, and there, you can view your billing history, policy details or make changes to your coverage.

Pay by Auto Pay:

 Paying your insurance bill just got easier and more convenient! 21st Century can automatically withdraw your payment from your debit or credit card each month to pay your bill. Click here to set up Auto Pay. As one of your payment options, you can start an electronic funds transfer (automatic payments). If paying by checking account, you will need three things: the name on the bank account, the account number and the routing number. Set up Auto Pay and pay and the payments will be taken out automatically each month! You can also combine multiple 21st Century policies on a single bill. Go Paperless!

There are benefits to going paperless!  You can access your bills online, anytime, anywhere you have Internet access. You will be able to make fast, no-fee online payments, and no postage required! Going paperless may result in savings! New and current 21st Century Insurance customers can receive a 3% Go Green Paperless Discount* on their policy premium when they sign up to access their account online and participate in the 21st Auto Pay and Paperless delivery programs. You will receive timely email notifications when your bill is created. All in all, you will have better security compared to paper bills.
