Pay Online:
To login to the Acuity Insurance payment portal click the green “Online Payment” button above.
Acuity allows its customers to make payments online via its Internet member platform. This platform can be used to set up regular scheduled payments from your checking account or credit card (Direct Debits) as well as PayPal, online check, personal check, money order, electronic funds transfer from your checking account and to make one off payments by credit card via any device; your laptop, PC at home or your mobile phone. You can also check and manage monthly bills online and even set up regular alerts to get your account balance. Yes it’s easy to change your policy, too! You can sign in to your policy 24/7 to add or remove vehicles or drivers, change addresses, pay bills, and more.
To pay online, you need to complete the prompts asking you for your card details, including the three-digit Card Verification Value (CVV). This appears on the back of your credit or debit card. If you have an American Express-branded card, the CVV will have four digits and will appear on the front of the card. Check the payment details and click the Confirm button to process your payment. Confirmation that your payment has been submitted will appear on your screen. We will submit the request for payment after midnight on your policy’s withdrawal date. It can take up to 3 days to reach your bank.
If you need to register for a new Acuity account to start making payments, go to https://www.acuity.com/sso/public/policyRegistration.xhtml click “Log In” and then “Register for an Account”. You will start by submitting your policy number, street address, and zip code.
Pay by Phone:
Acuity operates an automated phone system allowing you to make payments. Have your billing account number home phone number ready or the phone number associated with your Acuity account. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to give your card number and expiration date; if you want to pay with a checking or savings account, you’ll need to supply your account number and your bank routing number. To pay over the phone, call billing at 800.242.7666 ext. 5511. The hours of operation are Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (CST) Acuity will not charge additional fees to pay online or by phone, however, standard installment fees outlined in your plan will still apply.

Pay by App:
Acuity also offers payment via app. Go to https://www.acuity.com/resources-tools/apps-websites and download the app or locate more information about this great feature! Manage your policy details, file a claim, locate roadside assistance, find a repair shop, and pay your bill. Follow the prompts on the app and once you have the app downloaded, you can pay your bill by credit card, debit card, checking account, and more! You can also manage your claims, upload documents and view your policies from this convenient platform.

View past Bills:
Acuity online accounts allow you to view past statements once you are on your account. Go to https://www.acuity.com/ log in to your Acuity account, and there, you can view your billing history, policy details or make changes to your coverage. You can always view your billing activity in your billing history on the Customer Care page. Or, if you are a personal insurance policyholder you can sign up for email notifications when your bills and/or policy documents are available to view.
Make a one-time Payment:
Yes! Acuity provides multiple ways to pay your bill. You can go to https://www.acuity.com/make-a-payment. Simply use your Policy Number, ZIP code, and Agency Code to make a one-time payment without logging in.
Pay by Auto Pay:
Paying your insurance bill just got easier and more convenient! Acuity can automatically withdraw your payment from your debit or credit card each month to pay your bill if set up Auto Pay. As one of your payment options, you can start an electronic funds transfer (automatic payments). If paying by checking account, you will need three things: the name on the bank account, the account number and the routing number. Set up Auto Pay and pay and the payments will be taken out automatically each month! You can also combine multiple Acuity policies on a single bill. If you are a new customer to Acuity, you can go https://www.acuity.com/resources-tools/forms-and-guides and save money by using Auto Pay and going paperless!
