Pay Online: 

If you have already registered for an Aetna account, click the green “Online Payment” button above to go to the Aetna login portal. Aetna allows its customers to make payments online via its Internet member platform. This platform can be used to set up regular scheduled payments from your checking account or credit card (Direct Debits) as well as PayPal, online check, personal check, money order, electronic funds transfer from your checking account and to make one off payments by credit card via any device; your laptop, PC at home or your mobile phone. You can also check and manage monthly bills online and even set up regular alerts to get your account balance. Yes it’s easy to change your policy, too! You can sign in to your policy 24/7 to add or remove vehicles or drivers, change addresses, pay bills, and more.

To pay online, you need to complete the prompts asking you for your card details, including the three-digit Card Verification Value (CVV). This appears on the back of your credit or debit card. If you have an American Express-branded card, the CVV will have four digits and will appear on the front of the card. Check the payment details and click the Confirm button to process your payment. Confirmation that your payment has been submitted will appear on your screen. We will submit the request for payment after midnight on your policy’s withdrawal date. It can take up to 3 days to reach your bank.

Pay by Phone:

Aetna operates an automated phone system allowing you to make payments. Have your billing account number home phone number ready or the phone number associated with your Aetna account. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to give your card number and expiration date; if you want to pay with a checking or savings account, you’ll need to supply your account number and your bank routing number. To pay over the phone, call the number on your Aetna member ID card or speak to someone in billing at 1-855-335-1407 (TTY:711) Hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Pay by App:

Aetna also offers payment via an app. Click here to download the app or locate more information about this great feature! Manage your policy details, view and pay claims, access your medical card when needed, find a doctor near you, and pay your bill. Follow the prompts on the app and once you have the app downloaded, you can pay your bill by credit card, debit card, checking account, and more! You can also upload documents, view your policies and receive personalized recommendations to improve your health on this convenient platform.

View past Bills:

Aetna online accounts allow you to view past statements once you are on your account. Log in to your Aetna account, and once there, you can sign up for Aetna Navigator secure member websites to view your billing history, policy details or make changes to your coverage. You can always view your billing activity, manage your benefits, view claims, find a doctor, check eligibility order ID cards and more.

Make a one-time Payment:

Aetna provides multiple ways to pay your bill. You can go to https://ww3.payerexpress.com/ebp/AetnaMP/ simply use your login ID and Password to get started.  If you don’t have a login ID, you can enroll to view and pay bills and see your account status. You will need to enter your member ID and your date of birth to enroll.

Pay by Auto Pay:

Paying your insurance bill just got easier and more convenient! Aetna can automatically withdraw your payment from your debit or credit card each month to pay your bill if set up Auto Pay. As one of your payment options, you can start an electronic funds transfer (automatic payments). If paying by checking account, you will need three things: the name on the bank account, the account number and the routing number. Set up Auto Pay and pay and the payments will be taken out automatically each month!  If your plan sends you a monthly invoice, you can go https://www.aetnamedicare.com/en/for-members/pay-medicare-premium.html and set up automatic monthly payments online.
