AT&T Bill Pay and Login
Pay Online: Customers can pay via their mobile device, online, in person, by phone, or enroll in AutoPay, which allows customers to set up regular monthly payments from their credit card or checking account. Once signed into your online account and completed your customer profile, you can make a payment for your current bill by credit card, checking or savings account or an activated AT&T Visa Rewards card. Pay by Credit Card: Accepted credits cards are American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
Pay by Mobile Device: You can make a payment from your device by logging into your account using the myAT&T app¹, which can be downloaded at att.com/myattapp. You can also pay via AT&T’s mobile site (m.att.com/myatt). You will need a compatible device for the app download and data/messaging rates may apply for the app download/usage. Select “Pay Bill” and make your payment by credit card, checking or savings account or with your activated AT&T Visa Rewards card.
Pay by Phone: You can use the automated self-service system or speak to an AT&T representative to make a bill payment by phone. Call 1-800-288-2020 FREE, say “Pay Bill” and follow the voice-activated prompts. You will need a copy of your bill, credit card or checking account information to hand as well as the last 4-digits of your Social Security number or the 4-digit pass code you chose when you set up your U-verse service.
This is a security measure to keep your account and payments safe. You will be given a confirmation number once you have made a payment. Write this number down and keep it with your bill. Making an automated payment is free, but there is a fee when using the representative-assisted payment method.
Pay in Person: You can by check, cash, debit or credit card at an AT&T Pay Station. You can find your nearest AT&T retail location and pay station by using the locator on the AT&T website. You will need your 9-digit customer account number to hand when making your payment.
Pay by Mail: Mail your payment, a check or money order, to Attn. AT&T U-verse, P.O. Box 5014, Carol Stream, IL 60197-5014. Return the first page of your bill with your payment and write your 9-digit customer account number on the back of the check or money order. Please do not send cash.
