CenturyLink allows customers to make payments online via its Internet member platform. This platform can be used to set up regular scheduled payments from your checking account or credit card (Direct Debits) and to make one off payments by credit card via any device; your laptop, PC at home or your mobile phone. You can also check and manage monthly bills online. You can even set up regular alerts to get your account balance. Pay by Phone:
Century Link operates an automated phone system allowing you to make payments. Have your billing account number home phone number ready or the phone number associated with your CenturyLink account. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to give your card number and expiration date; if you want to pay with a checking or savings account, you’ll need to supply your account number and your bank routing number. Go to https://www.centurylink.com/home/help/account/pay-bill/pay-by-phone.html and press the green phone. There, you will be asked to enter your zip code and will be directed to the number you need to call.

If you’re looking for ways to save time and/or improve your personal security, AutoPay might be exactly what you want. Check out this site and enroll! You will continue to receive a paper bill, unless you choose otherwise.
Quick Bill Pay! Fastest way to make your payment!
Before paying, you will need your account number and additional information about the account to validate that it’s truly you. You will not need to log in to My CenturyLink. You control the payment amount and provide the payment source. Your payment is considered accepted pending settlement, and your account is in good standing, the same day. Very quick and effective!
Pay in Person:
For this, you will want to bring along your CenturyLink bill. Since it has your account information, this information will speed up the payment process for you. To find a location that accepts payments near you, go to either of the sites below and enter your zip code.
CenturyLink Billing Address:
To locate the Century Link payment mailing address go to:
https://www.centurylink.com/home/help/account/pay-bill/pay-by-mail.html and enter your zip code. You will be given an address to send the payment near you. If you’ve lost the envelope with your bill, simply do the following:
- Write your account number on your check or money order.
- Find a new, plain envelope.
- Put both your remittance slip (if you have it) and payment in the envelope.
- Stamp, address and mail the envelope.

To Make Payment Arrangements:
“Payment arrangement” is an option for you if you need additional time to pay your bill. These arrangements are scheduled payments that automatically process on the date selected with a selected payment method. Your account may be eligible for a one-time payment in full, or split payment. While the first split payment minimum amount must be 50% of the current amount due, you may pay more than 50% if you wish. Your second payment must be scheduled within the next 30 days.

View past Bills:
CenturyLink online accounts allow you to view your bill and past statements. Sign into your account and click on Billing & Payments. Scroll to the Past Bills section on that page. Bills are titled “Billed (Date)”. Click on the title of the past bill you want to view.
