Pay by Phone:
Century Link operates an automated phone system allowing you to make payments. Have your billing account number home phone number ready or the phone number associated with your CenturyLink account. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to give your card number and expiration date; if you want to pay with a checking or savings account, you’ll need to supply your account number and your bank routing number. There, you will be asked to enter your zip code and will be directed to the number you need to call.

Before paying, you will need your account number and additional information about the account to validate that it’s truly you. You will not need to log in to My CenturyLink. You control the payment amount and provide the payment source. Your payment is considered accepted pending settlement, and your account is in good standing, the same day. Very quick and effective!

To Make Payment Arrangements:
“Payment arrangement” is an option for you if you need additional time to pay your bill. These arrangements are scheduled payments that automatically process on the date selected with a selected payment method. Your account may be eligible for a one-time payment in full, or split payment. While the first split payment minimum amount must be 50% of the current amount due, you may pay more than 50% if you wish. Your second payment must be scheduled within the next 30 days.
