Pay Online:
Cincinnati Bell allows customers to check your account balance and make payments online via its Internet member platform anytime, day or night. This platform can be used to set up regular scheduled payments from your checking account or credit card (Direct Debits) and to make one off payments by credit card via any device; your laptop, PC at home or your mobile phone. You can also check and manage monthly bills online. You can even set up regular alerts to get your account balance. Be aware that payments generally take 2 to 3 business days to post to your account.
Click the green “Online Payment” button above. Once on the site to pay, select to have your payment deducted from your credit or debit card, or your bank account and enter your billing information; and click the Continue button. Complete the prompts asking you for your card details, including the three-digit Card Verification Value (CVV). This appears on the back of your credit or debit card. If you have an American Express-branded card, the CVV will have four digits and will appear on the front of the card. Check the payment details and click the Confirm button to process your payment. Confirmation that your payment has been submitted will appear on your screen. Go to the link below to login and begin your payment.

Making a one-time payment online:
If you have forgotten to check your account, missed a direct debit payment or are still waiting for your automatic monthly payments to be set up, you can make a one-time payment online. You can pay by credit card or with a savings or checking account. It can, however, take up to two days for your payment to be processed and be posted to your account. Sign into your online account and click the Pay early button or the Pay now link at the top of the page. Choose from the options Pay total balance due, Pay past due balance, or Pay in advance.

Cincinnati Bell operates an automated phone system allowing you to make payments day or night. Have your billing account number home phone number ready or the phone number associated with your Cincinnati Bell account. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to give your card number and expiration date; if you want to pay with a checking or savings account, you’ll need to supply your account number and your bank routing number. Call 513-565-2210 and say “Payments“, then “Pay My Bill”, and follow the automated prompts to pay your bill by phone.

Cincinnati Bell online accounts allow you to view up your past statements. After you login to My Cincinnati Bell, https://login.cincinnatibell.com/ you can find a summary of your bill on the right side of the page. Click ‘View Details’ to view the details of this bill. You can also find this information by going through the My Bills section. To print copy of your bill with details, click the Print This Bill button located in the top right corner of the View My Bills section of the page.

Payment arrangements may be made in case of illness or other circumstances beyond your control. If payment is not received by the due date or by the agreed-upon date, a disconnect notice will be sent. To avoid disconnection of your service, it is necessary to pay the overdue amount which appears on the disconnect notice.
