Pay Online: You will need to register for paperless billing first, before you can pay online. Visit the website at http://www.mtctelcom.com/ and follow the registration prompts.
Pay via Automatic Bill Pay: Once you have registered for paperless billing, you can set up automated bill payments that will deduct your bill payment from your chosen bank account or credit card every month. The payment will be taken on the 15th day of every month. You can use your credit card, savings or checking account to make payments. If you need help setting this up or have any questions relating to automatic bill pay, you can email customer service at [email protected] or phone the business office at 854-586-3311.
Pay by Mail: Simply take the return coupon that comes with your statement and send it with a check or money order in the return envelope that came with your bill statement. Just drop it into the mail, but be sure to allow at least 3 days for the payment to arrive, so you will need to send it off well in advance of the due date.
Pay by Phone: You can make a payment by phoning the automated payment line at 844-846-2687 (toll free). You can use your checking account or credit card to make a payment. Just follow the prompts. There is no fee for this service, but a fee may apply, if you request a representative’s help to make your payment.
Pay in Person: You can also drop off your payment at the MTC Customer Service Office located at 579 Main Street, Margaretville, NY 12455 or at any of the following bank locations:
