Pay Online: Click the green “Online Payment” button above to go to the MCTV login portal. Once you have registered for electronic billing, you can make credit card payments and electronic transfer payments via your checking account. You can also set up for auto-payment options, which will allow you to make automatic bill payments on the same day each month via your checking account or credit card. You will need to enroll for this service by completing the Credit Card/Check free Payment Authorization form that is located on the back of your monthly statement and return it with your first payment. The mailing address will be on the front of your bill statement.
Pay by Phone: Simply call 330-833-4134 or 330-345-8114 to make a payment. You can pay using your checking account, debit or credit card. Cards accepted are Discover, MasterCard and Visa. If you pay by credit card over the phone, a $2.50 processing fee applies.
Pay by Mail: You can pay by check, writing your customer account number on the back of your payment. Mail your payment to MCTV, P.O. Box 1000, Massillon, OH 44648-1000.
Pay in Person: You can pay with debit and credit cards only at MCTV’s own office, but can pay by cash or check at any other retail location that will process MCTV bill payments. You need to bring the remittance portion of your bill with you and must allow up to 5 business days for payments made at retail locations, before the payment will be posted to your account. Payments made at MCTV’s own office will be posted to your account sooner. Credit cards accepted are Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
Account Opening and Closure
You can open an account by visiting the website at http://www.mctvohio.com or at an MCTV office (use the website to locate the nearest office to you). If you wish to suspend your service while you are out of town, you can call 330-833-4134 or 330-345-8114 to arrange this. You can also speak to an advisor on these numbers, if you need to close your account because you are moving away from the service area.
