Penn Mutual Insurance operates a phone system allowing you to make payments for free or for a small fee. To pay over the phone call (800) 425-1100 to contact Customer Service and be directed to make a payment. Have your billing account number home phone number ready or the phone number associated with your Penn Mutual Insurance account. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to give your card number and expiration date; if you want to pay with a checking or savings account, you’ll need to supply your account number and your bank routing number. You can do so Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., ET.
