Time Warner Cable Bill Payment and Login
Pay Online: Sign into your online account where you can pay by credit or debit card. Accepted credit cards include American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Pay by Phone: Have your printed bill and credit or debit card number ready, when you call to pay your TWC bill by phone. Call 1-800-892-4357 FREE (1-800-TWC-HELP FREE) and say “pay my bill” when asked the reason for your call. Voice activated prompts will help you to complete the payment process.
Pay by Mail: You can pay your bill by check or money order, using the Time Warner payment mailing address listed on your printed bill. Include either your current billing statement in the return envelope provided and/or write your bank account number on the back of the money order or check. Be sure to use the correct postage. Your payment must be made payable to Time Warner Cable on your check or money order. Do not send cash through the mail.
