How Do I Pay My PECO Bill?
You can pay your PECO bill online, by phone, by mail and in person. We advise you register for the online service, as this makes management and payments really simple.
Pay Online: With online billing you can manage your account and make payments without the hassle of paper statements and lengthy payment delays. E-bill lets you see up to 6 months of bill payment history, view and print your bills, and receive email notifications when your bills are ready to be paid. This service supports checking account payments, and you can register for automatic monthly payments. Pay by Mail: To ensure that your payment reaches PECO on time, post your payment at least a week in advance. The PECO bill payment address is: PECO, P.O. Box 37629, Philadelphia, PA 19101. Please include your PECO account number on your check. Your account number is located on your statement. To ensure your PECO payment is received on time it is recommended that you mail your payment at least 5 business days prior to the due date shown on your monthly billing statement.
Pay by Phone: The PECO billing phone number is 1-877-432-9384. PECO is partnered with BillMatrix to offer online/telephone payments with your credit card, debit card or checking account. Supported cards are Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Star, Accel, NYCE and Pulse. There is a $2.35 processing fee for each transaction. Payments made before 2PM are credited the same day.
Pay in Person: There are numerous payment locations situated across the PECO service area where you can pay your bill in person. Enter your zip code at the PECO website to find your nearest location.
Start, Stop or Transfer Service
New or existing customers wishing to start a new service, transfer an existing service or discontinue an existing service can do so online.
