Solvay Bank Credit Card Options
You must be a resident of Cayuga, Madison, Onondaga, Oswego, Cortland or Oneida in the state of New York to apply for Solvay Bank credit cards.
There are three credit card options available with Solvay Bank – the Visa Classic, Visa Platinum and the Visa Student Credit Card:
– Visa Classic – This card comes with no annual fee and a low, fixed APR of 14.88% for purchases, balance transfers and cash advances.
– Visa Platinum – This card comes with the lowest APR of 9.99%, and an even lower rate of 7.99% on balance transfers and cash advances for 6 months. With Scorecard rewards, you earn 1 points for every dollar you spend, which can be redeemed for a range of rewards including travel savings, merchandise and special experiences.
– Visa Student – This card is for students only and provides a highly competitive rate of 14.88% for purchases, balance transfers and cash advances.
In terms of fees, these credit cards are very lenient. Balance transfer fees and cash advance fees have a 2% transfer rate, and late payment fees are up to $30. There are no fees for exceeding the credit limit. With the Classic and Platinum cards you can have duplicate cards for members of your family, and you also get $0 liability on fraudulent purchases, as well as a range of other Visa features.
