Pay by EZ Pay: Suddenlink allows customers to make recurrent monthly payments via their EZ Pay facility. Sign into your My Suddenlink account and select “Setup/Update EZ Pay” under the “My Bill” heading on your My Account screen. Simply enter your checking account, debit or credit card details and a payment will be automatically deducted from your account every month.
Pay in Person: You can pay your bill at your local Suddenlink store location. No transaction fees apply. Store hours vary depending on where you live. Go to your My Suddenlink account and click on “Contact us”. On the left-hand side of the screen you can select “Local Stores”. The next screen allows you to type in your zip code to find your nearest Suddenlink store location. You can pay by cash, money order, debit or credit card.
Pay by Mail: You can mail your bill payment to Suddenlink. Write your Suddenlink account number on the back of your check or money order and send your payment together with the payment coupon to the address you will see on your bill statement’s payment coupon.
